Get Your Products Fast!

We understand you want your Theerapy products as soon as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During peak times or holidays, allow a bit extra time.

Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders! Once your order ships, it takes 7-12 business days to arrive. We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information within 2-4 days of placing your order. (Be sure to check your spam folder!)

Track Your Order: Eagerly awaiting your Theerapy goodies? You can track your order by clicking “View your order” in your Shipping Confirmation email. This will take you directly to your shipment’s tracking information.

Didn’t Get Your Confirmation Email? No worries! If you haven’t received a Shipping Confirmation email after 7 days, contact us at contact@theerapy.com

Shipping Countries(Physical): We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and Ireland.

Digital Products: These will be delivered directly to your email address in a downloadable format. In some cases, we may use secure cloud storage like Google Drive or provide a link to access your product on our website. This ensures you always have access to any future updates for your purchase.

Order Cancellation: Changed your mind? No problem! To cancel an order, simply email us at contact@theerapy.com with “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject line. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the email. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation via email.
